Jhol momos🤤😍

Ingredients:
1-2 inch ginger, roughly chopped
5-6 garlic cloves
2 onions
3 tomatoes
1 tsp oil
2-3 Dry Kashmiri red chilli
1 tsp cumin
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp roasted peanuts
2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
Handful of coriander leaves and stems
Water (as needed)
Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, garlic, and onions. Stir until onions are translucent. Add dry Kashmiri red chilli, cumin, and tomatoes.
2. For masala, add salt, red chilli powder, and coriander powder. Mix well. Add a little water, cover, and cook for 10 mins.
3. Add roasted peanuts, roasted sesame seeds, and coriander (leaves and stems). Grind the mixture with a little water to form a paste.
4. Transfer the paste back to the pan. add hot water, and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
5. Serve the jhol with homemade or frozen momos. Garnish with green onions. 😋
