Stuffed mango kulfi is a delightful treat, combining the richness of kulfi with the sweetness of ripe mangoes. Its creamy texture and refreshing flavor make it an ideal way to cool down on hot summer days. With chunks of juicy mangoes tucked inside, every bite is a burst of tropical goodness, making it a favorite among dessert lovers during the scorching summer months.
Ingredients;
- Mangoes
- 1 Itr Milk
- 3-4 tosp sugar of choice
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- Kesar
Steps to follow;
1 Scoop out 5 mangoes. Cut along the seed and make sure to not cut the edges. Twist the seed first so that it loosens and then pull it out. Put back the top lid Of the mangoes and place each Mango in a bowl so that it holds up straight, till the time Kulfi is getting ready.
2 start cooking the milk and reduce it to 1/3rd in medium flame. Add sugar, Elaichi powder and kesar.
3 Mix and let it cool completely before filling in the mangoes. Pour cooled down Kulfi mix in the mangoes, cover with the lid and freeze for minimum 12 hours.
4 Peel with knife (it's going to be chilled). Wait for a couple of minutes if it's too hard next we cut thin slices.
