Story Of All-Girls Cricket Team In Kashmir

A school in a picturesque nook of Kashmir is quietly breaking gender stereotypes .Girls in this school don't view gender roles as binary. The school boasts of an active all-girls cricket team. The team has represented its school in block and district-level tournaments.

"Playing cricket makes us confident and helps us learn the importance of teamwork and leadership," says a team member.

Teachers and parents enable and encourage them to play more.
