STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU BAKED OATS😍😋🤤
Starting your day with these strawberry tiramisu baked oats. You can never go wrong with tiramisù <3
INGREDIENTS:
50g oats
1/2 a banana
1tsp baking powder
1tsp cocoa powder
1 espresso
100ml plant milk
100g strawberries, chopped
(vegan) yoghurt
cocoa powder
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Then combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Lightly crease an ovenproof bowl with some coconut oil, then add in half of the batter, a tablespoon of yoghurt, the chopped strawberries and the remaining batter on top. Now this goes into the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Once it's done, let it cool off a little, then add some more yoghurt and cocoa powder on top, to make it taste even more like tiramisu.🤤🤤
