Spring has certainly arrived in Delhi! And its just not the pleasant and beautiful weather but its also beautiful Tulips in the city of Delhi.
A burst of color with over 200,000 tulips adorning the National Capital at Delhi’s Chanakyapuri, with an array of neatly arranged banners and manicured, elegant rows of colourful tulips that welcome bystanders, visitors, and tourists.
Delhi's Tulip Festival is a unique initiative that celebrates Indo-Dutch maitri or friendship.
Several roundabouts and parks in the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) area greeting Delhite with these vibrant and happy tulips.
For the last four years, the roundabouts in Delhi’s Chanakyapuri have lit up in these effervescent tulips in many colours as the NDMC has been organising the Delhi Tulip Festival across a 1.5 km stretch of Shanti Path. The festival’s second edition this year is being held from February 10 to 21.
The festival showcases eight vibrant colors of tulips, including white, yellow, red, pink, orange, purple, black, and yellow-red. Currently, the purple and white tulips are in full bloom, adding to the spectacle.
People can enjoy the Tulip Walk, there is also dedicated exhibition for both the general public and flower enthusiasts. Additionally, there are photo competitions for photographers and live music performances for music lovers.
Such a beautiful and colorful experience this looks like, super excited to visit and experience these beautiful Tulips!
