No one will know 🤫 No one in my family eats soya chunks and I love to sneak in these in my food. And all I can say is that it's so delicious.
- Soak 1/4 cup soya chunks in hot water for around 10-15 minutes till it's soft, once done Squeeze all the water.
- Add 1 green chilli, 2 garlic clove, 1/2 inch ginger and 1/4 cup curd and blend to purée, add little water if needed.
- Take 2.5 tbsp rice flour, 2.5-3 tbsp chickpea flour, Sesame seeds, Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage, onion, Pinch ajwain, Coriander, Some salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. Mix well, sprinkle some water if not binding.
- Make small thin pancakes, it takes more time to cook so cook in low medium heat until well done and nicely brown.
