Before I get into this, I want you to know you're BORN with the thickness and volume!
Here are 4 ways you can improve your hair health;
1 PROTEIN PROTEIN PROTEIN - I've said this before but l'm saying it again cause without enough of it, none of the stuff below will help. BUT please get the right quality of Protein. If protein is bloating you, you need to do a Gut cleanse to heal your gut and start re introducing it back in your diet. We start out next batch soon! So you can sign up for that.
2 Start having 3 sprays of Vegan b12 daily. Our b 12 needs to be above 600 to avoid hair fall. Anything below that is normal but NOT optimal.
3 Let's add some iron daily. 30 mg of liquid iron is great specially if you're struggling with gut issues. Most women with low ferritin levels and high TIBC struggle with hair fall.
4 Please get your complete thyroid panel done so you can figure what's going on there. If your levels are off, either you need to go on a pill or I would highly recommend a wholesome anti inflammatory diet to bring your levels back to normal. If your hair fall is really bad and your levels are off, get on the pill immediately but if it's tolerable then do all of the above for 2 months before you start taking eltroxin.
But please before you try all of the above, speak with your doctor/nutritionist. In 3-4 weeks of doing this regularly, you'll start to see a change.
