Do You Get Sore After Your Workouts❓
It's natural to feel some soreness after a workout. But sometimes it can get uncomfortable and interfere with your day-to-day life.
Being sore is not an indicator that your workout was effective.
Often this will come from people doing too much volume too early on their journey.
There's no need to do 5 different exercises with 4 sets each for the chest when you're just starting.
Instead, let your body adapt slowly. You can't go from 0 to 100 in terms of workload and expect that your body won't respond in some way.
So to avoid soreness in the first place, slowly let your body adapt to training over time and don't make abrupt changes in volume/intensity.
