BLUEBERRY WAFFLES🧇💙
This breakfast was definitely the latter case,🤤but it's delicious and feels very special none the less! I mean, are purple waffles not just so fun to eat?;)🤗
INGREDIENTS:
65g (whole wheat/ spelt) flour
10g blueberry smoothie bowl mix
1tsp baking powder
80ml plant milk
1tsp apple cider vinegar
100g yoghurt
coconut oil/ vegan butter
blueberries
maple sirup
Method:
Mix the dry and the wet ingredients separately and then combine both. If you're wondering, the apple cider helps to make the waffles more fluffy! Spread a waffle iron with some coconut oil or butter and once it's hot, add the batter. You should get two big waffles out of this mixture. Let them cook until they're crispy on both sides. Then you're ready to serve them with more yoghurt, blueberries, maple syrup and/or other toppings of your choice.
