Xiaomi, a renowned global player in the smartphone industry, has officially announced the imminent launch of the Redmi Note 13 series. The upcoming series will feature three distinct models: the Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro, and Redmi Note 13 Pro+. The launch of this series marks a significant milestone for the Redmi Note family, with one of the models boasting a feature that has never been seen before in the line.

The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is expected to be the first device in the Redmi Note series to come with a side-curved screen, a unique design element that sets it apart from its predecessors. Other design features include narrow side frames and robust Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and durability. Interestingly, the device’s back will be made of leather, adding a touch of luxury to the high-performance smartphone.

Another standout feature of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is its 200-megapixel rear camera, similar to that of the Redmi Note 12 Pro+. The camera is equipped with a Samsung Isocell HP3 image sensor, an f/1.65 aperture lens, and optical image stabilization, promising high-quality photos and videos. The Redmi Note 13 Pro model is also anticipated to feature a 200-megapixel camera, although information regarding optical image stabilization is still under wraps.

Under the hood, the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will be powered by the recently introduced MediaTek Dimensity 7200-Ultra. This advanced chipset promises speedy processing and seamless multitasking, further enhancing the user experience.

According to reports, the new Redmi Note 13 series smartphones will come with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. This ensures a smooth and immersive viewing experience, whether you’re scrolling through social media or watching your favorite videos. In terms of battery life, the Redmi Note 13 Pro is expected to feature a 5120mAh battery. On the other hand, the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will come with a slightly smaller 5000mAh battery but will support a faster charging speed of up to 120W.
