Real, City play out Champions League classic
Real Madrid and Manchester City are the two best teams in world football right now and they served up an absolute classic when they met in the first leg of their UCL quarterfinals.
Bernardo Silva caught out Andriy Lunin to give City an early lead but Eduardo Camavinga and Rodrygo scored deflected efforts. Real held their lead for some time but two banging goals from Phil Foden and Josko Gvardiol changed the dynamics of the game. However Real are never to be disregarded in the UCL as Fede Valverde scored the goal of the game late on to set up a thrilling second leg.
