Famous Indian TV News Anchor and Journalist, Rajdeep Sardesai's wife, Sagarika Ghose will be a member of Rajya Sabha of Trinamool Congress.

Sagarika herself is a journalist and an author.

In a X post shared by All India Trinamool Congress official account, they announced the name of candidates of forthcoming Rajya Sabha Elections, when Sagarika's name was announced.

Along with her, Sushmita Dev and MP Md. Nadimul Haque will also be fighting Rajya Sabha Elections for TMC.
