Not wearing the mask is a public health hazard. And it should be treated that way, I think.

South Dakota has the highest per capita COVID death rate in the world but the governor doesn’t have the courage to mandate mask wearing - she says it is our right for not to wear one if we choose not to. The law suggests that my right not to wear a mask ends when that practice threatens your right to life and health. So who is right?
