Police Arrest BTS's V's Stalker + BIGHIT MUSIC Comments

BIGHIT MUSIC has issued a statement in response to the arrest of a woman suspected of stalking BTS's V.

On October 26 at around 6:30 p.m. KST, a lady in her twenties (hereinafter referred to as "A") followed V into his apartment building's elevator and sought to talk with him. According to KBS, she also gave him a marriage certificate.

"A" is reported to have waited for V outside his apartment building before following him inside as he drove his car into the building's parking lot.

The next morning, "A" was reported to have been detained by police, who had tracked her out using the information printed on the marriage certificate she had given V. "A" is also believed to have stalked V in the past.

Later that morning, BIGHIT MUSIC issued an official statement, saying, "We are responding with a zero-tolerance policy to stalking crimes that disrupt our artists' personal lives and endanger their safety."
