Prime Minister Narendra Modi speaks as he addresses a public rally in Srinagar. The rally witnessed a huge public participation wherein inaugurated several infrastructural projects and  interacted with the young entrepreneurs of the valley. The visit also comes ahead of upcoming parliamentary elections in Jammu and kashmir.
