Try these amazing Pizza Bombs! 🍕🧆It's like flavor party in your mouth with gooey cheese, tasty meats, and a yummy crust. 🧀 Each bite is a blast of deliciousness that will make your taste buds happy!🥰🤗
Ingredients:
*1 tsp yeast
*1 tsp sugar
*Lukewarm water
*1/4 cup all-purpose flour
*A little less than 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (60:40 ratio of whole wheat to all-purpose)
*Olive oil
*Additional flour for kneading
*Pizza sauce
*Chopped vegetables of choice
*Sautéed chopped chicken ham(optional)
(Alternatively use marinated and cooked paneer, tofu, chicken)
*Salt, chili flakes, oregano
Instructions:
1. Mix 1 tsp yeast and 1 tsp sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes until bubbly.
2. Add all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour. Mix with chopsticks while gradually adding water. Add a bit of oil. Let it proof for 30 mins without kneading.
3. After 30 mins, add flour, olive oil, and knead to form a dough. Proof again for 45 mins. Make small dough balls.
4. Combine vegetables and chicken ham in a bowl. Season with salt, chili flakes, and oregano.
5. Roll dough balls with hands. Add a little homemade sauce, filling, and top with cheese.
6. Close the flat dough, forming balls. Oven/Airfryer: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden.
*(Stovetop: Cook in a pan over medium heat, turning until all sides are golden)
