What's normal ;
- You bleed for 2-7 days
- You have mild to moderate cramping for the first few days
- You have light to moderate flow with small clots maybe
- You only bleed during your menstrual phase
- You have a period every month, but it's okay to miss one or two sometimes
What's not;
- You haven't had a period in 3 months
- You bleed between periods or have spotting erratically
- You're soaking through a pad every 2 hours & passing huge clots
- You have severe period pain, sometimes even when you're not bleeding
- Your period lasts for more than a week
