What's normal ;

- You bleed for 2-7 days
- ⁠You have mild to moderate cramping for the first few days
- ⁠You have light to moderate flow with small clots maybe
- ⁠You only bleed during your menstrual phase
- ⁠You have a period every month, but it's okay to miss one or two sometimes

What's not;

- You haven't had a period in 3 months
- ⁠You bleed between periods or have spotting erratically
- ⁠You're soaking through a pad every 2 hours & passing huge clots
- ⁠You have severe period pain, sometimes even when you're not bleeding
- ⁠Your period lasts for more than a week
