This is my family's favourite dessert. My mom has been making this for as long as I can remember. It's so easy and absolutely delicious. The mango is the star of this dessert and all other ingredients are very easily available in your home! Let's make this.
14 Marie biscuits; crushed
10 cashews; broken
1/2 cup Butter
- Mix this all well. Make sure when you press the mixture it holds shape. If not, it needs more butter. Once done transfer to a dish- now you can either bake this for a crispier base @200*C for 20 mins or chill it in the fridge. If you're chilling it, used roasted cashews. Once baked let it cool.
2 mangoes- chop and add 1/2 of it to the base
Topping;
200g Paneer
2 scoops vanilla ice cream or 1/4 cup milk
2-4tbsp Powdered sugar
Blitz to a smooth paste and then add 1/2tsp lemon zest and mix it.
Top the mangoes with the topping. Now you can either store this in the fridge till you're ready to serve. It stays fresh for 2 days. Or serve it immediately with the remaining mangoes. Drizzle with powdered sugar and Enjoy.
