Organic veggies - pesticide and urea free.
Lettuce , collard greens ( haak ) spinach, artichoke, Brinjals, tomatoes, beans round and french, mint .
While we cherish, eating lettuce , collard greens , spinach, beans , mint. Onions have been harvested
Brinjals and tomatoes are flowering . Artichoke is also ready to eat .
The veggies are so fresh that they take very little time to cook and almost melt in your mouth.
We generally cook non veg with vegetables in our traditional cooking .
My favourite is haak and mutton. Cooked together with kashmiris shallots and the pounded chillie garlic oil masala mixture called ( waer) , the dish tastes heavenly .
Next time you are in Kashmir don’t forget to ask for it. Even the vegetarian version cooked with dry red chillies is also something to die for.
