As an international level boxer, my motivation stems from an unyielding desire to surpass limits and conquer challenges. Visualizing my goals daily fuels my determination, while setbacks serve as stepping stones, not obstacles. I try not to get demotivated immediately after a loss since a win and a lose is a part of any game. Surrounding myself with a supportive team and drawing inspiration from past victories and defeats keeps me focused. Each training session becomes a testament to my dedication, driving me towards greater achievements.
My advice to all those who get demotivated from a loss, is that in my belief I fknt think people get motivated and the kick to be better after winning a game, rather it is after losing a game, they aspire for more, they should try to find where they went wrong. Specifically in boxing, after a lose I always watch my entire video to minutely figure out which move went wrong in a fight so that I don't repeat the same mistake in the next game. One should keep oneself motivated and be better than themselves.
