Sorry for the delay guys actually today I am not feeling well. Today I want to share a highly protein diet which is healthy as well as very very tasty 😋. My mom found it from a YouTube channel and prepared it for me. Believe me guys when we heard about healthy food we thought about boring food but this is super tasty as it is my personal experience. Steps to be followed:-
Firstly you have to soak green moong daal, rajma, white chane for 4 to 5 hours then boil it and add salad like cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and add curd and salt, chaat masala according to your taste
