1 MYTH - Sunscreen is only for sunny days.
FACT - Clouds won't save you as they just block the sunlight. UV rays still penetrate through.

2 MYTH - Higher SPF equals better protection.
FACT - SPF measures protection from UVB, not UVA. Sunscreen should be broad-spectrum with high SPF & PA Protection.

3 MYTH - Sunscreen only needs to be applied once a day.
FACT - Sunscreen should be reapplied every few hours or more frequently if swimming or sweating.
