Glad that people are talking about their mental health more openly!
Yes. We must talk about it openly. That's the best way we can deal with it.
Thank you for sharing x
Glad that you shared!
Mental health in my life came in the form of a slow pace of stress budding into a big disaster, it was worth ending this beautiful life.
What was it that took me to that level of stress? How did I conquer that stage of misery in my life?
Let’s start-
It started with me not getting a job, everyone surrounding me was achieving something precious in their life and even after trying my best , it seemed like everything was diminishing in my life.
I started staying in my room alone, not speaking to my friends and family members on call or on messages. I started isolating myself.
Was it difficult? Answer - Each day was a heavy morning I couldn’t get up to and each night was so low I couldn’t sleep myself off.
My parents thought I was depressed.
Maybe I was or Maybe I wasn’t.
But I surely know my Mental health was getting affected so bad each day.
And one day soon before things could change badly, for my luck I get to experience 2 positive things that day.
1st a post saying ‘Share’ and everything about mental health cure lines during lockdown was given and 2nd my uncle whose like a friend to me messaged me, “I’m here to listen to whatever you want to say”.
After ignoring all the calls and messages of my well wishers, I finally make a call to my uncle and tell him everything I was going through, feeling like and what was eating me from within.
I cried and it wasn’t the feeling of weakness but it was a feeling of getting relieved from one stressful vibe at a time, to be really honest I felt like a feather so light.
And what I said in the 1st paragraph wasn’t true, there is nothing worth ending your life.
You mean a world to someone don’t end your precious life even in the darkest time, just share and see how many are ready to help you and listen to.
Only God above who gave you life is allowed to take it too.
Share, Share and Share!!
