Let me share with you all recepie of one of my favourite Yogurt Cucumber Salad!
1. Chop some onion, garlic and dhaniya finely.
2. Cut 2 medium size cucumber in round
3. Take a fresh bowl add 2cups of dahi/yogurt
4. Add 2tbsn olive oil, 1tbsn honey, 2tbsn chilli flakes, salt and pepper as per taste
5. Mix the dressing well
6. Once done, add the chooped vegetables and give it a good mix
7. Keep in fridge for app 10-15min to cool it
And tadaaaaa you got a easy-peasy healthy salad!
