Modhaus Agency Fights Back Against Malicious Acts Toward Artists

Modhaus, the agency for tripleS, is pursuing legal action against individuals who harm its artists.

Modhaus released the following statement on March 7:

Hello. This is Modhaus.

Modhaus has recently filed a lawsuit against netizens who persistently posted sexually derogatory and harassing comments about our artists [tripleS] on an online bulletin board, thereby violating the Special Act on Sexual Violence Punishment, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and defamation laws.

These individuals posted sexually insulting and harassing comments about our artists on bulletin boards where numerous individuals engage, causing significant mental distress not only to the artists but also to their families.

Modhaus strongly condemns such criminal acts and will actively pursue legal action against defamation, personal attacks, sexual harassment, the spread of groundless information, and ill-intentioned criticism to protect the rights of our artists and to prevent future victims.

Additionally, Modhaus maintains a constant monitoring system to protect the honor and dignity of our artists. We will also take all possible legal measures against any additional cases as well.

We extend our gratitude to the fans who consistently show interest, love, and support for Modhaus and our artists. We promise we will remain proactive in protecting the rights of our artists.
