I always drink a cup of coffee before my workouts.
It's a routine of mine.
This is how i make my coffee🔽
Add 1 spoon of coffee in a suitable container
1/2 lemon juice
i lemon peel too to extract the vitamins from it
Grinded ginger (very small amount)
1.5x the amount of water you need to make (cause almost half of it gonna evaporate while making)
In the end filter it all and add 1 spoon of honey and your black coffee is ready!
And I never feel unmotivated or tired to hit
the gym afterward.
