We might not think that what we eat or how much you exercise can have a major effect on climate change. But when it comes to our daily habits, the difference might be bigger than our realize.Reducing meat and dairy consumption is a good first step toward reducing greenhouse gases, but it's a relatively small one, especially when you consider the amount of land used for agricultural production. The second-most important factor is diet. The easiest way to make a difference is by eating less meat and dairy products. The debate about genetically modified foods tends to obscure this issue.
Let's recycle - It seems simple, but only 9% of the 6.3 billions tonnes of plastic produced in the world until 2015 is recycled. We should encourage people around us to give up plastic goods , use social networking sites to spread out the message , ask supermarkets to reduce packaging, or to introduce a plastic free aisle.Let's get involved in beach cleanups and participate in river ,beach or community cleanups, or even organise a cleanup system yourself! We should all take a pledge to #ReduceYourUse by buying and using less amount of plastic means so that less plastic ends up in landfill and in the ocean.
