Very simple, very easy, very delicious!
Just take an unflavoured Greek yoghurt, add any berry purée ( this one is blueberry) then top it up with coconut flakes, muesli, goji berries, cranberries, fruits, seeds, chia seeds ( in short be creative but in moderation). Enjoy this as breakfast on the go or evening snack & Add 1 scoop Protien powder to make this a post workout meal.
