I promise you are going to love it! It's insanely delicious and so smooth and creamy. Plus, it's packed with nutrients and really easy to make! chocolate is a prebiotic which feeds our healthy gut bacteria and tofu is a great source of protein, iron, and calcium.
INGREDIENTS;
- 1 pack silken tofu
- 1 + 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, you can use any just make sure it's 75% or darker. I used dairy free chocolate chips
- 5 dates
- 1/2 cup plant milk
HOW TO MAKE;
1 Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2 Transfer to a food container and place in the fridge to set for several hours or overnight.
3 Enjoy with your favourite toppings.
