Do you know - Matar, or peas, can indeed be a beneficial addition to a weight loss-oriented diet. These legumes are rich in fiber, which promotes a feeling of fullness and helps control appetite. The high fiber content slows down digestion, leading to a steadier release of energy and potentially reducing overall calorie intake. Additionally, peas provide a good source of protein, which is essential for muscle maintenance and can contribute to a sense of satiety. Furthermore, they contain various vitamins and minerals, supporting overall health during weight loss efforts. Incorporating peas into a balanced diet, along with regular exercise, can be a valuable component of a weight management strategy. However, it's crucial to consider the overall dietary context and lifestyle factors for effective and sustainable weight loss.
