Prevalence of anxiety ,cravings rush is is to do with what you eat ( daily routine of eatings plays crucial part with how you feel in a day )
Do you know that ? Come let's understand!
1.a story of Alice ( a girl) and rabbit ,a article published in one of the health journal says a story !
A girl grabs chips packet ( junk ) ,she eats that kind of food everyday ,instead of good food ,she just eats all junk ! She is very nervous in mood ,anxious about situations something if happens ,
2. Part #2 of story ! A wise rabbit is her friend and takes to a ride of Gut ( imagination world of GUT)
a) Her gut has many microorganisms hosted ,they get irritated of chips and all she ate !
b)The allergic response linked adrenohypthalamic axis relation ( a gland of body that stimulus because of bacterial response to brain ) says ,to stimuli a negative hormones .
C) Hormones was cortisol, cortisol is nothing but Stresz for body ,she feels anxious and wat all irritating moods .
Rabbit; Talks to girl! You are sending all garbage into your body and your gut friends are getting irritated and undernourished giving u signals to eat something good!
Conclusion;
1.EAT something that soothes your gut bacteria ( prebiotic; rich fibre foods - millets ,pulpy fruits )
