Legendary athlete Milkha Singh tested positive for COVID, wish him speedy recovery
Legendary athlete Milkha Singh has tested positive for COVID and is in the home isolation at his residence in Chandigarh.
His condition is stable, but he is having fever since last night (Wednesday night).
"Yesterday he had 101 fever and currently it's 99. But his condition is stable now," confirms Mrs Nirmal Milkha Singh.
Popularly known as Flying Sikh, the 91-year-old former athlete missed the Olympic medal by a whisker in 1960 Olympics and has the credit of being the first Indian to win a gold in athletics in the Commonwealth Games (1958 CWG).
