In Varanasi, Gudni Bragason, Ambassador of Iceland to India, participated in a talk at the Faculty of Arts, Department of Linguistics, BHU.

He said that there is not only a free trade agreement between India and Iceland, our culture and language are also linked to each other.  Iceland has a long association with the Sanskrit language.Gudni Bragson said during the program that there is also an Assistance Cemetery in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark.  During the survey, a very old article was found at this place.  After research on this, it has been found that this is a verse from the Rigvedic text.
