2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp almond flour
1/8 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chocolate chips
Topped with:
Ice cream
Chocolate shavings
Directions:
1) Preheat your oven to 350°F
2) In a bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract
3) Mix the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt until smooth
4) Transfer to a baking dish and add chocolate chips
5) Bake for 9-10 minutes.
