Reality check - Your favourite strawberry (or any fruit, for that matter) face wash or skin cream may not actually contain enough, or any, real strawberry.

These so-called 'marketing' ingredients are often added just to tell you a story, not necessarily for any real benefit. In many cases, you might be better off enjoying the fruit for its natural benefits rather than paying a premium for a skincare product!
