INGREDIENTS;
- Dressing - 1/4 cup curd
- Handful of coriander
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 paneer cube
- Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
- Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
- Pizza seasonings 1/2 tsp
Blend the above in a blender for dressing. Add Water if needed to adjust consistency.
For Salad;
- Chopped bell peppers 1/3 cup
- 1 cup Boiled Channa ( soak overnight and boil it in pressure cooker)
- Cucumber 1
- Sweet Corns 1/3 cup
- Onion 1 small
- Tomato 1 small
- Carrot 1/2 grated
- Peas boiled 1/4 cup optional Or veggies of choice
- Coriander leaves 1/4 cup chopped
*Mix everything together and enjoy*
Note: Taste the dressing for salt and lemon before adding to the salad.
