I believe that it's both a boon and blessing.

I use it to gain knowledge sometimes through Linkedin and Quora. But at the same time I use it to tackle boredom through watching reels and little video clips.



It boils down to what we desire out of it, be it knowledge, a respite from monotonity or ideas and awareness about the world.
