Healthier brownies with ganache🤤🤤
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 egg or flax egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Ganache:
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tbsp stevia
pinch of salt
3 tbsp water
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350°F
2) Mix chocolate chips and milk and microwave in 20 second intervals until melted
3) Mix in yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract
4) Fold in the rest of the ingredients
5) Bake for 15-20 minutes
6) Let cool and add ganache on top.
