Guilt-free Nutella. No sugar / No palm Oil / No jaggery. Since the time I have started making this be it toast or Pancakes or cake I mean just wow😍.
Ingredients;
- Hazelnut 1 cup
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- Vanilla 1/4 tsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Dark chocolate 180g l used - Callebaut ( please don't use compound chocolate ) You can use milk or dark
- Honey or Maple syrup 3-4 tbsp
- Salt 1/8 tsp
Steps to follow;
1 Roast hazelnut in a pre heated oven @180 C for 10-12 mins until crispy. Keep an eye they can burn very quickly. If you don't have oven you can even pan roast it, just keep stirring continuously Until done. Let it cool little.
2 Once it's still warm blend in a blender, keep scraping the sides and blending until you get hazelnut butter, add oil and blend again until it's no more grainy.
3 Then I added cocoa, honey, vanilla, salt & blended again Next melt the chocolate, when the chocolate is warm add this mix, whisk well and your Nutella is ready.
Store in room temp for a month or refrigerate Upto 6 months.
Note - if it hardens little just microwave for a few seconds to get pouting consistency!
