Giant protein breakfast cookie🍪😍
One of my favs! The below recipe is also an edible cookie dough recipe (; minus the baking powder. This cookie is so quick and easy to make and a fairly healthy morning option, I personally like to add it to a yogurt bowl with pb!✨
ingredients:
30 g oat flour 25
pea protein
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
50 g of yogurt
10 g agave syrup
15-30 mL plant milk
chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 F. In two separate bowls, mix the wet and dry ingredients, then combine. Prepare a parchment lined or greased baking pan. Take the dough and form a huge dough ball with your hands and flatten it down. Top with more chocolate chips and bake for about 10-12 minutes. Top with some sea salt, let cool a few minutes, then enjoy!🤗🥰
