Every NBA season, turnover occurs, and not simply dribble-off-the-foot turnover.
A shift in playoff teams from one season to the next, which is the more significant turnover, succeeds in capturing the public's attention considerably more. And because a few of the clubs that missed the playoffs in 2021–22 are returning healthier or, simply put, better, it will be exciting to watch in 2022–23.
This won't be simple. Both conferences are strong, and nearly all of the 16 playoff teams who made it back are still together and have players in their prime.
The Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Lakers, Charlotte Hornets, Washington Wizards, or someone else, then, will prolong their season this time? The following four non-playoff teams from 2021–2022 have the best chances of bouncing back and joining the party this season.
