Club Career

Al-Bulaihi began his professional career at Al-Amal, where he worked for three years before switching to Al-Nahda in 2014. Al Bulaihi formally joined Al-Fateh on July 23, 2015.

Al Bulaihi was acquired by Al Hilal on a free transfer on June 21, 2017. He committed to a three-year deal with the team. Since then, he has played in 1,377 minutes across the majority of the team's Pro League contests in 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Albulayhi last participated in a Pro League match on May 30 for Al Hilal against Al Faisaly, which Al Hilal won 3-2. Albulayhi played the entire game. The defender has tallied a total of two Pro League goals in 2020–2021. He was dismissed once and given four yellow cards.
