Faldessai is young, dynamic, and a visionary: Sawant
Stating that BJP is aiming to cross 400 Lok Sabha in the Parliamentary elections, Goa Rehabilitation Board Chairman and Cumbarjua MLA Rajesh Faldessai urged his constituents to support the party’s North Goa candidate Shripad Naik.
He was speaking during Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant’s visit in the constituency, where he met the people at Old Goa, Corlim, St Estevem and Cumbarjua.
Sawant visited Old Goa, Vadeshwar Temple, Old Goa, Corlim Chapel, Akhada, St Estevem, and Cumbarjua Gawant (Malawada).
In his address at Old Goa, Sawant praised Faldessai for his proactive work and urged the constituents to show that the MLA has grown in strength by increasing the vote share of the party for the Lok Sabha polls.
During his Akhada meeting, Sawant said that the Congress has no vision, no leaders, and they can’t take up the progress of the country and the state. He also praised Faldessai for this works.
“Everyone knows Faldessai. He never asks for money, rather he spends from his own funds to complete projects. He only wants jobs for the youth of his constituency. He is concerned about his constituents, and for this the people have an affection for him. When someone is sick, Faldessai calls up the doctor and me as well saying if I call up the doctor it will help. Although he was elected on the Congress ticket, we want you to vote now for the BJP,” said Sawant.
“He is young, dynamic and eager to work. He has a vision. He has completed 2 years as MLA and 3 years are left. He could also become a minister in his next term. We must show that we are with Rajesh by voting for BJP,” he added.
Speaking at the meetings, Faldessai urged everyone to vote for the BJP on May 7.
“I firmly believe that people of Cumbarjua will repose their trust in Modi Ki Guarantee and vote for the BJP, ensuring Phir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar with a majority mandate. Goa has witnessed rapid development and infrastructure works. We have not left any project unfinished,” he said.
