Knee joint pain is one fo the most common ailment today along with back pain and neck pain. It is caused by a number of factors like insufficient nourishment, injury, too much weight, wrong posture and lack of exercise.
You can take care of your knees by doing these simple exercises. Hold each movement for 5 seconds and release. Each exercise for 10 reps, 3 times a day.
1 Press the ball with both your knees inside - 15 reps x 3 times in a day.
2 Take a towel and press your knee downwards - 30 times each leg x 3 times a day.
3 Leg raises - 15 reps × 3 times a day.
4 Hip abductor - 15 reps × 3 times a day.
5 Hip raises - 20 times × 3 times a day.
