At the Cop27 Climate Summit  its Energy Day.

After the opening remarks by H.E. Sameh Shoukry, COP27 President, ministers and industry leaders led the dialogue on best practices of what bold and well-resourced action is needed to further access to clean electricity and technology.

This session featured a variety of stakeholders marking the launch of the Africa Just & Affordable Energy Transition Initiative which presents multiple clean pathways for a long-lasting just and affordable energy transition across Africa.
