Dahi Bhindi♥️
In the North Indian version, Dahi bhindi is prepared by frying okra/lady finger and simmered in a tangy and spiced yogurt curry. It's such a simple, yet flavour-packed dish.
Ingredients:
250 g okra (bhindi)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Hing
1 tomato
1/2 inch Ginger
1-2 Geeen Chillies
1-2 dry red chillies to taste Salt
30 ml oil
For dahi mixture
200 g fresh curd
1/4 th tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
Water for garnish Kasuri methi
1 teaspoon Fresh cream
