VANILLA COOKIE BAKED OATS😍🤤
Cozy winter evenings, burning hot coffee and vanilla flavoured baked oats with melted chocolate chips...Sounds perfect, doesn't it? This one is pretty vanilla (pun intended) but an absolute stable and must try!😊
INGREDIENTS:
50g oats
1tsp baking powder
10g vanilla protein powder
a pinch of salt
1tsp vanilla extract
half a banana
110ml plant milk
chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Add everything except for the chocolate chips to a blender or food processor and blend until everything is somewhat smooth.
2. Then start preheating your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. If you, like me, prefer baking your oats in the air fryer, just skip this step.
3. Lightly crease a small ovenproof bowl with coconut oil and fill in the batter.
4. Decorate everything with some chocolate chips and bake this for around 15 minutes in your preheated oven or air fryer.
5. Once it's done, sprinkle over some sea salt and let it cool off a little before digging in.
