I started my day with a sweet swirl of happiness! 🌀 Who needs a boring breakfast when you can have a warm, gooey cinnamon roll to kickstart your morning? 🌞
Details:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp milk
1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/2 tsp stevia/monk fruit
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon swirl:
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Splash of milk
For Icing:
1 tbsp powdered sugar (or 1:1 sugar replacement)
1/2 tsp milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F
2. In a blender, combine all the oatmeal ingredients until smooth (~30 seconds).
3. Pour the mixture into an oven safe dish.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the cinnamon swirl and either spread it on top of the oatmeal, or put it in a piping bag to squeeze
5. Air fry for 5-8 minutes
6. Mix the icing ingredients and spread on top of the oatmeal.
