I read newspaper daily and few pages of novel whenever I get time. Currently I am reading a novel called " By the river Piedra I sat down and wept " by the renowned author Paulo Coelho. One must read a book as it only gives you infinite benefits.

Benefits of reading :-

1. It improves the concentration of brain .

2. It increases knowledge of a person.

3. Good reading makes a person feel relaxed and stressfree.

4. It exercises the brain.

5. It improves the viewpoint of a person.

Here are some tips to make reading a habit:-

1. Always carry a book with you.

2. While travelling  or waiting for someone , utilise that time in reading .

3. Read 15 minutes daily before going to bed.

4. Read newspaper daily atleast for 30 minutes in the morning.

Follow these tips and soon you will realize that reading is a crucial part of your life.
