Most, if not all, of us have had moments when we didn't feel confident or were hesitant to wear certain sorts of clothing because of how we looked. The most damaging thing we can do to ourselves is to be embarrassed of our bodies. We end up starving ourselves or going to the gym and doing whatnot to reduce weight, which isn't always good for our bodies. Being fit is one thing, but doing it solely to gain acceptance from others is completely unacceptable. We should accept ourselves as we are and strive to be better versions of ourselves, not just physically but also emotionally.🌻
